This website is operated by sorensee, 403 S Elm St, Brady, TX 76825, United States. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms, subject to your rights under applicable law.
Products and prices
Product descriptions, available options, materials and size information are shown on each product page. Prices are in US dollars. Screen settings may affect the appearance of colours. Review the product details, selected size and final order summary before submitting payment. We do not represent clothing as having a tested UPF rating unless a specific substantiated rating is stated.
Payment authorization
By submitting a payment request, you authorize payment of the total shown using a payment method you are entitled to use. A submitted request is not itself proof that payment was taken or an order accepted. Any payment and order confirmation must reflect the actual transaction result. No tax is added in the checkout total shown; this is not a statement that products are legally tax-exempt.
Order acceptance and fulfillment
An order is accepted when sorensee confirms acceptance. A payment authorization alone does not establish acceptance. For accepted orders, fulfillment follows the Shipping Policy. Contact us about order questions or requested changes; no automatic right to an unconfirmed change is promised. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Shipping, returns and refunds
The Shipping Policy explains eligible destinations, handling time, estimated transit and shipping cost. The Return & Refund Policy explains the 30-day return request period, conditions, shipping responsibility and refund process. Those policies form part of these terms.
Use of the website
Use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or misuse another person’s information. Our branding, copy and original visual content may not be reused in a way that infringes applicable rights.
