A little clarity, from our door to yours.
Where we ship
We ship to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, international destinations or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Please use a street address; PO Box delivery is not offered.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free for all orders to eligible addresses. No express shipping option is offered.
Processing and cut-off
Handling time is 1–2 business days. The order cutoff is 7:00 PM Central Standard Time, fixed at UTC−06:00. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders submitted after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin their processing timeline on the next business day.
Transit and estimated delivery
After dispatch, standard transit is estimated at 3–4 business days. Handling plus transit is an estimated 4–6 business days from the applicable processing start day. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays and holiday schedules may affect arrival.
Delivery questions
Check your delivery address carefully. If an address needs correction, a parcel is delayed or a delivery issue occurs, contact support@sorensee.shop with your order reference. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will communicate the delay and handle any required consent or refund in accordance with applicable law.
